Group Fitness

Group Fitness Classes are circuit base classes designed to get a full body workout doing exercises such as: pushups, squats, jumping jacks, burpees, aerobic exercises, and more.  Each exercise is done for a set amount of time, e.g. 30 seconds, or a set amount of repetitions. These classes are great for all ages and fitness levels.  Modifications can be made to almost every exercises for those who need it.


Group Yoga

Group Yoga Classes are designed to calm the spirit, focus on the mind, and challenge the body.  This class addresses strength and flexibility through a range of yoga poses.  All levels are welcome. 



Zumba is high energy & a great cardio workout! This class is all about dance and movement while burning calories! Zumba classes are great for all levels!

Young athletes classes are for ages 13-18

Youth Classes

The Young Athletes class is for ages 13-17 years old.

Monday & Wednesday 3:15 pm to 4 pm
