Sessions are 45 minutes

This training involves weight lifting and training exercises such as pullups, sit-ups and squats, and aerobic exercises, such as jumping jacks, jumping rope and burpees.  


Individual: 

$200.00/month for 8 sessions

$250.00/month for 12 sessions


2 on 1: (2 people)

$300.00/month for 8 sessions

$360.00/month for 12 sessions


3 on 1: (3 people)

$360.00/month for 8 sessions

$480/month for 12 sessions


4 on 1: (4 people)

$400/month for 8 sessions

$600/month for 12 sessions


Group: (8 plus )

$50.00 per person-per month for 8 sessions
